By accessing or using AeroWorker's platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AeroWorker provides an AI workforce platform that enables organizations to deploy, manage, and orchestrate AI employees for automated task execution. The Service includes the AI Employee creator, no-code workflow builder, approval queue, and related tools and integrations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AeroWorker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroWorker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
